So I was pondering for what seemed like forever , do I get a Casstrom woodsman or not? Long story short, I did. I opted for the bog oak version with a fire steel.
Absolutely, superb. It's so well balanced , razor (literally razor) sharp , the fire steel and the sheath are also superb. Only really just starting on my bushcraft adventure , I could have bought a mouira knife but figured 'if you're going to do it, do it right'. I have, I did and I'm so glad.
What a tool. Cuts well and also makes short work of spitting wood. Fantastic knife, comfortable when using and a fraction of the price of similar products.
