The service I received from customer services was fantastic. I'd initially ordered the 115cm belt and was kept updated by Leo on its shipping progress. When it arrived it was too big for me. I hadn't read the description properly and the belt is longer than 115 to facilitate going around an outside jacket. I contacted Leo who was really helpful in getting the 100cm belt sent out to me. He even called me to give me an update!
The belt itself is stunning, absolutely perfect or my need. I couldn't be happier with it.
